Closing: Closing will take place at the law office of Lori Renn, 409 Young St. Henderson NC, Lori Renn is the closing attorney and can be reached at 252-438-8082. Buyer will be responsible for all their attorney expenses.
Buyers Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will apply to Real Estate & personal property.
Agency Disclosure: In all transactions the auctioneers are acting as agents for the sellers not the buyers. Disclosure: There is an above ground fuel oil tank on the property for the home heat. Inspection Times: There will be representatives from Fosters Auctioneers available on site September 15th & September 21st from 1pm until 4pm each day, or call for appointment to arrange a private showing.
Survey: Property will be sold according to survey recorded in Vance County Register of Deeds plat book X page 533 by Cawthorne & Associates Surveyors.
