Closing: Closing will take place at the law office of Bennett Perry, 109Young St. Henderson NC. Bennett Perry is the closing attorney and can be reached at 252-438-8131. Buyer will be responsible for all their attorney expenses.
Buyers Premium: A 10% buyer's premium will apply to Real Estate on all confirmed bids.
Agency Disclosure: In all transactions the auctioneers are acting as agents for the sellers not the buyers. Inspection Times: There will be representatives from Fosters Auctioneers available on site March 1st and 7th from 1pm until 4pm each day, or call for appointment to arrange a private showing.
LEAD PAINT INSPECTION: February 25th to March 5th.
Survey: There is a survey by Wallace Cawthorne in Henderson NC dated 1979. The corners and lines have been recently marked for identification. The survey will be available on sale day and for inspection times or private showing. Vance County tax map # 471-2-1
